(in the case of the purchase, I hand "loss re-receipt certificate" on the spot again at motor carrier window.)
※Ticket which can identify the purchase contents with Reservation number of some lines and full name is excluded.
■When ticket lost within one year is discovered, bring ticket and both of "loss re-receipt certificate" discovered to window of motor carrier. We will refund amount of money that deducted refund fee from amount of money listed in "loss re-receipt certificate".
※When theft includes ticket, we do similar handling when we forget ticket.
※About certificate of published by other companies and refund, the handling may be different.
